Our flour has won the top prize four times (and a couple of second places) in the National Organic Food awards in recent years.
As well as wholemeal and an extracted ‘white’ flour, we also mill spelt, rye flour and oatmeal. These are available from the Mill shop and you can also get them by mail order. Your best way forward is to talk to our miller John Bellingham or our Heritage Officer Jamie Duff on 0115 9156878. They will be able to tell you what flour we have available (it does vary according to grain supplies, the wind and the like), the costs and how it can be delivered.
