Get hands on with the things that inspired our mathematical miller George Green such as light, electricity and magnetism.

Sunday 19 March
Community Food Swap
1.00-3.00
Come and swap your edible items at the Community Food Swap. The only rule is that is must be home made, home grown or foraged by yourself. The more stuff you bring, the more you will go home with!

Saturday 25 March
Making Sweet Treats for Mother’s Day
Come and make raspberry lemon cupcakes.
For ages 3+, £3 per child.
Booking only necessary if coming in a group of five or more.

Windmills on a Stick
Make your own stick windmill and watch it blow in the wind.
For ages 3+, £2 per child. Drop in session, booking only necessary if coming with a group of five children or more.

7 – 9 April
Easter Fun
It’s Easter time, which means its time to search for our hidden eggs during our Eggciting Easter Eggstravaganza!  Explore the site during our egg hunt and win some amazing prizes.
£5 per child for the egg hunt. Booking not necessary.

Wednesday 12 April
Easter Fun: Chocolate Nests
Make your own Easter inspired cakes over the holidays. Delicious fun for children (and adults!)
For ages 3+. £3 per child. Booking only necessary if coming in a group of five children or more.

Friday 14 April
Easter Fun: Easter Biscuits
Keep the kids entertained by baking your own Easter biscuits. Which Easter themed cookie cutter will you choose and will you save them for later or eat them straight away!?
For ages 3+, £4 per child. Booking only necessary if coming in a group of five or more.

      Thank you for your enquiry, There is no admission charge to visit the mill and science centre (although donations to the charity are welcome, of course) We are open Wednesday to Sunday 10.00 – 4.00.
