Hi is the wind mill open for visitors this Wednesday 29th? If so how much is it for adults and children and what’s the opening time?

are visitors allowed to tour the inside workings of the mill’ i would really enjoy that as i used to work in TAYLORS flour mill at south wingfield in the late 50s,

Yes, you can look around inside the mill, even when it is working (which is, of course, the best time to see it).
We are open Wednesday to Sunday 10.00 – 4.00. If you call the mill on 0115 9156878 on a day when you want to visit they may be able to tell you if it is likely to be working

starts at 10am, finishes at 3pm. No need to book, just a drop in session. Cost is £5 for the egg hunt, sunflower seed planting is free
